Job Description
Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines. Program and Operations support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. Breadth of scope ranges from supporting individual programs, project or processes at the lower levels, to supporting entire functions (practices, business development, etc.) or the company at the higher levels. These roles tend to be more client-facing than internal-facing.

Serve as a resource across a wide variety of programs, program types, and geographical areas.

Lead and conduct complex analysis of program and industry data to model performance and support business proposals or operational improvements.

Produce complex reports ensuring contract compliance, content relevance, and professional presentation.

Conduct research and apply industry trends to enhance program design and improvement.

Develop and deploy tools and calculators for program staff, clients, and contractors to support program requirements.

Lead meetings for requirements gathering improvement planning, forecasting, and training.

Ability to handle internal-facing roles with direct client, and customer communication.

Proven expertise in data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement.

Experience supporting programs, projects, or processes ranging from individual initiatives to entire functions or company operations.

Experienced with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
