We are looking for a tech-savvy and inquisitive Program Analyst to join our growing Program Management Team. The Program Analyst will provide Koddi with support on both internal and external issues to maximize operational efficiency.


As a Program Analyst, you will provide our customers and partners with world-class service. You will work closely with all our teams, from client services to engineering, to make sure we are serving our clients effectively.

What you will do

  • You’ll follow trends, investigate program opportunities and technical issues
  • Be in charge of end-user communications and updates
  • Create and improve processes to drive program efficiency
  • Jump into end-user education and training as needed to help our clients succeed
  • Participate in technical tests and feature releases
  • Serve as an end-user advocate and make sure clients needs are being met
  • Work with the Program Manager to plan and document all aspects of the specific programs and projects you are working on
  • Analyze data and make decisions that positively impact your program
  • Work across teams at Koddi to resolve issues and drive program improvements- be the glue between engineering and client success and get things done for partners
  • Ensure that the scope and direction of each program are on schedule and all stakeholders know the current status
  • Get to work with a talented team of advertising, data, and technology enthusiasts
  • Own strategic end-to-end projects and regular operational tasks that are tied to the needs of the business.

What skills and experience you bring

  • 2+ years of professional experience, preferably within digital advertising, media marketing or agency
  • Proficient in Excel, preferred experience in Tableau or SQL
  • Cross-Functional Project Management: have the ability to context switch & work on tasks that interact with diverse stakeholders in product, engineering, business intelligence, data science, and program management. 
  • Customer Service Oriented: Excellent customer service skills, and ability to work collaboratively with customers, management, and peers. You can effectively communicate in an email that informs, solves the problem, and conveys a positive outcome.
  • Bias for Action: Make agile independent decisions, that are data-driven, and consider the impact on both the client’s satisfaction and the financial ramifications for the company. You are proactive to organize and plan ahead to accomplish work thoroughly and on time.
  • Deliver Results: You work backwards from the desired outcome and execute with speed and quality to achieve your objectives. Must be able to solve issues independently with limited oversight, and have the ability to communicate results, findings, and updates clearly and concisely to publishers & partners.

  • Analytical & Problem Solving: You possess strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Must be analytical, working with data analytics tools, methodologies, deliverables. Preferably, you’re experienced with ZenDesk, Salesforce.com, or Intercom, and proficient in Excel.
