Job Summary:
KBR Is seeking a Senior Program Analyst/Sustainment SME to join our team. In this role you will support PMA 265 in our Lexington Park, Maryland location. The F/A-18 and EA-18G Program Office (PMA-265) provides critical current and future capabilities in the form of total life cycle support management (cradle to grave) for the F/A-18A-D Hornet, F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler weapons systems.
PMA-265 is responsible for acquiring, delivering, and sustaining the F/A-18 and EA-18G aircraft, ensuring mission success for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps aviators, as well as international partners to include Australia, Canada, Finland, Kuwait, Malaysia, Spain and Switzerland.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- F/A-18E/F and EA-18G Air Vehicle IPT requires support in planning, developing and implementing Integrated Product Support (IPS) and Technical Data Package (TDP) contract execution, sustainment planning, and lifecycle management.
- Responsibilities may include coordinating with cross-functional teams, responding to emergent program requirements, supporting contract modifications, assisting in risk mitigation efforts, preparing executive-level reports and briefings, and engaging with external stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met.
- Assists in the management of the TDP program(s). Ensures database compliance with directives and manages CDRL data deliverables through AMS.
- Interfaces with data management, program management, engineering, logistics and PLM representatives from the enterprise and other NAVAIR stakeholders.
- Assists in the system review of TDP and the tracking of TDP CDRLs ensuring contract compliance, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Assists with the development and execution of PMA/Boeing strategy documents for program execution.
- Adjudicates comments, determines if changes are required (Ex. Does Boeing need to deliver in two separate formats to support AVPLM and other NAVAIR stakeholders).
- Assists in funding execution for Boeing, PMA, and FST efforts. Assist in budget planning through the POM cycle.
- Assists in the management of PMT and CSPT entries. Involves the creation of PIDs, SPIDs, and PFAs.
- Works with Acquisition professionals, BFMs, Data Management, and Contract specialists to align NAVAIR IPT and acquisition processes.
- Assists in the oversight of the FST in the review of tech data compliance with AVPLM and PMA processes.
- Oversee IPS funding execution of APN-1, APN-5, and PRL ensuring proper allocation of sustainment resources.
- Monitors performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of IPS activities, including supply support, maintenance planning, and sustainment engineering.
- Ensures IPS CDRL deliverables are properly tracked, reviewed, and integrated into sustainment planning.
- Identify and mitigates risks associated with cost growth, schedule delays, and performance deviations within the IPS contract.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree plus 10 years of related experience as listed in the job description. In lieu of formal education, 18 years of related experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Must be able to compile and present data to internal and external customers.
- Must be able to comprehend and monitor TDP contract with current requirements/deliverables.
- An active secret level security clearance is required; Contract requires US citizenship.
Preferred/Desired Skills:
- Must have Microsoft office experience (OUTLOOK, WORD, EXCEL), and computer skills/aptitude to use and understand this position’s required unique computer applications.
- Leads the management of the IPS contract, ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and performance objectives to sustain mission readiness. Previous knowledge of IPS contracts is desired.

- 40 hours/week
Work Location: On-site
Compensation: $105,160.00 - $157,630.00. The salary range posted is for Maryland locations. The offered rate will be based on contract affordability, the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, and in consideration of internal parity.
