  • Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize production outcomes.

  • Operate effectively in a regulated manufacturing environment, with strong adherence to SOPs, documentation, and compliance expectations.

  • Support and lead readiness for regulatory and quality audits (FDA experience preferred).

  • Build a culture of continuous improvement, standard work, and operational discipline.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives that modernize workflows and increase scalability.

  • Develop and coach leaders and frontline talent, with a strong focus on succession, capability building, and engagement.

  • Prepare and present clear, concise reports and analyses summarizing operational performance, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to peer groups and senior leadership.

  • Develop and deliver targeted analyses to highlight issues, answer operational questions, and support data‑driven decision‑making.

What You Will Need to Succeed…

  • Proven experience leading medium‑ to high‑volume manufacturing operations producing millions of units annually.

  • Experience working in a multi‑shift manufacturing environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of automated and manual manufacturing processes, OEE, production metrics, and operational performance management.

  • Demonstrated accountability for people leadership, productivity, and operational results.

  • Comfort partnering with Operations Finance, including understanding cost drivers, labor efficiency, and business metrics.

  • Strong capability to develop and deliver targeted operational analyses, clearly communicating performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to senior leaders to drive data‑driven decisions.

  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and avoid over‑analysis.

  • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments, such as FDA‑regulated operations, medical devices, diagnostics, aerospace, or semiconductors.

  • An engineering or scientific degree, or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrated success developing talent and preparing teams for growth, transition, or succession.

  • 5 – 7 years of managerial experience.
