Primarily focus on Downstream Hardware products sales within their region and provide technical and application support of downstream products that are sold for region customers (Include Chromatography systems, Chromatography Columns, TFF systems, Inline Conditioning system and DF/VF systems). As well as identifying opportunities.
Provide high level technical support during pre-sales with customer, post-sales training and support, internal sales training, and trouble shooting.
Develop the sales of Downstream hardware solution in the assigned region, establishing long technical customer relationships.
