Job Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets for Surgical Vision Equipment within assigned territory.
Implement marketing strategies and complete sales plans to drive growth.
Identify new market opportunities and applications for volume expansion.
Analyze sales data to uncover trends and improve productivity.
Train and support healthcare professionals (HCPs/ECPs) on product usage.
Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and optical channels in both private and public sectors.
Collaborate with marketing teams on equipment strategy and KOL engagement.
Ensure all sales activities align with company and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably ophthalmology or surgical vision. FMCG experience are welcome to apply too!
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging HCPs.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in training and supporting healthcare professionals on technical products.
Willingness to travel and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
