Are you a results-driven and customer-centric professional with a passion for driving sales and achieving ambitious targets? As a Senior Product Specialist, Customer Value & Solutions, you will be responsible for implementing business strategies to achieve business goals. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships and positioning the Molecular Diagnostics solutions by evaluating the customers’ unmet and evolving needs.
The Opportunity
Be accountable for driving the sales target and expanding the market share in the Molecular Diagnostics field by providing the best possible customer experience with Roche solutions, focusing on the value for customers.
Identify opportunities and develop strategic account plans, developing and delivering the differentiating messages, overcoming and managing objections and negotiating to achieving business goals.
Generate demand and maximize product awareness by working with and providing value add solutions and services to customers.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including but not limited to application support, regulatory, marketing to drive business strategies, implement projects, evaluation and end-to-end solutions.
Understanding and analyzing the market trends, customer needs and competitor landscape
Develop and maintain good relationship with customers, establishing a strong continuous engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Identify new business opportunities / partnerships in the Molecular Diagnostics market for business expansion and alignment with the local strategy.
Explore new ways to reach new markets for long-term business growth.
Who You Are:
A team player with an in depth understanding of the Molecular Diagnostics discipline is preferred.
At least 3 years experience in the diagnostics field and a good understanding of the latest trends in the market is an added advantage.
Self-motivated and proactive in achieving goals and forward-looking thought process.
Strong understanding of sales process, with a good track record in prioritizing and simultaneously managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
