About the Job
As a (Senior) Product Specialist within our Vaccines Sales Team, you'll orchestrate all customer interactions using a diversity of messages and channels to deliver a superior customer experience and inspire them to provide the best solution for our patients. Ready to get started?
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular sales calls with assigned customers according to the designated call frequency to achieve sales volume and revenue targets.
Identify customer needs and manage the full sales cycle, including solution development, negotiation, order fulfillment, product installation or delivery, and post-sales support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, prospective accounts, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive long-term business growth.
Monitor customer inventory levels and purchasing patterns, and proactively negotiate orders to maximize sales opportunities.
Keep customers and KOLs informed of new products, services, pricing updates, promotional activities, and other relevant business developments.
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare timely reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
Gather and analyze competitor intelligence, communicate findings to the immediate manager, and recommend effective counter-strategies and action plans.
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to develop and implement initiatives that support business growth and achieve team objectives.
Plan, organize, and execute territory sales and promotional activities to increase market penetration and brand awareness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Science-related discipline.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Positive attitude with a strong passion for achieving business objectives and delivering high-quality results.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
