The Position
As a highly motivated and dynamic individual you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to healthcare professionals within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting and selling our CV product range to healthcare professionals, including specialist physicians, GPs and pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare providers in both the public and private setting
- Supporting the product listing process in the private hospital sector in your territory for new product launches
- Developing and executing a territory sales plan, including targeting, classification, and segmentation of customers, to achieve and exceed sales goals and objectives.
- Negotiating commercial agreements with relevant customers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry with your territory
- Leading product and organising speaker presentations to support the education of healthcare professionals about the benefits of our portfolio.
- Proactively staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in relevant therapeutic areas
- Collaborating with sales managers, SFE, Digital, Marketing teams, Medical, Regulatory and Legal, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Collaborating with managers and cross functional stakeholders to identify and execute local sales initiatives.
- Supporting and where relevant leading accurate and timely record keeping of customer database sales activities, sampling activity, contract performance, customer interactions, market trends, and competitor activity
Required Experience and Skills:
- Consistent demonstration of Organon’s values.
- Self-motivation and drive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively convey complex medical information to healthcare professionals.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals and objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze sales data and market trends.
- Strong customer focus and proven relationship building skills.
- Strong competence with relevant platforms Excel, PowerPoint, Veeva, Salesforce,
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
- More than 3 years experiences in pharmaceutical company as a sales position
- Team Spirit, Good communication Skills are important
- Experiences in Cardiovascular and Hypertensive are plus
