Job Description:
In this dynamic Senior Product Manager role, you'll be a key player in promoting and educating healthcare professionals about a leading aesthetic product line. to leverage product knowledge and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with HCPs, contributing to the overall success of the brand and ultimately, helping HCP to make their patients achieve their desired aesthetic outcomes.
Customer Relationship Management
- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals like dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic physicians. This is crucial for promoting Dysport® and ensuring its successful adoption within your territory.
- Understanding Customer Needs: Identify the specific needs and preferences of HCPs to recommend Dysport® solutions that effectively meet and exceed their expectations for patient outcomes.
- Territory Management: Manage your assigned territory effectively, building brand awareness & advocacy for Dysport®
- Brand Representation: Contribute positively to the overall image of IPSEN through professional representation at industry events, conferences, and client interactions.
Market Penetration & Demand Generation:
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new opportunities for Dysport®.
- Market Awareness: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new developments in the aesthetics market. Track key performance metrics like volume & market share. Maintain accurate records for insightful reporting.
- Data Analysis: Analyze Performance to identify trends and patterns. Use these insights to contribute to strategic decision-making, such as campaign optimization or product positioning strategies.
Business Management and Planning
- Track performance metrics and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Education / Certifications/ Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, Private Market Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy and a strong understanding of non-surgical aesthetic procedures (a plus).
Languages: English
