Job Description:

  • Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for sales to Specialty Physicians, under direct supervision.
  • Contributes to basis components of projects, programs, or processes for sales to Specialty Physicians.
  • Performs simple trend analysis to support continuous improvement efforts for the organization's strategy for sales to Specialty Physicians.
  • Documents customer account information and sets up reporting to monitor sales pipeline.
  • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
  • This job is salaried.
  • Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
