The position is for a UI and Services Engineer for a cross-functional full stack implementation team which works side-by-side with AI engineers on Conversational AI solutions. This role is part of the Advanced Technology team in the Digital eXperience Group (*/dxg) which co-creates state-of-the art products and solutions with Wolters Kluwer businesses around the globe. Our growing array of solutions supports the expanding set of Wolters Kluwer’s Expert Solutions and online product portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Become a member of our UI and Services team and work side-by-side with AI engineers to build conversational AI solutions
- An individual contributor who can interpret, estimate, and execute the requirements and ensure timely delivery of the solution
- Continuous integration and continuous deployment to guarantee a robust delivery pipeline
- Participate in Product Increment planning with the business and technical teams
- Collaborate effectively with other teams across Wolters Kluwer
- A self-starter who can develop POCs using advanced technologies for a business requirement
- Mentor team members
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent
- 6+ Years Experience - Angular, NodeJS, JavaScript
- Good understanding of UI and Services architectural styles and patterns
- Deep knowledge of Front-End development and services integration, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular 8+, NodeJS, REST
- Experience with the AWS cloud-based platforms for solution delivery
- Experience working with agile and Software Development Lifecycle tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Git, Atlassian Bamboo) and best practices (e.g., Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery)
