The Senior Product Sales Executive (Hematology/Urinalysis) is responsible for driving strategic growth, expanding market share, and strengthening Beckman Coulter Diagnostics’ position within the Heme/UA portfolio. This role requires deep expertise in laboratory workflows, competitive dynamics, and healthcare economics, along with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies across diverse clinical environments. You will partner cross-functionally to advance high-impact opportunities, influence key stakeholders, and position Heme/UA solutions - integrating advanced capabilities such as MDW and connectivity where appropriate - to deliver clinical and operational value.
This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager. Candidates must reside in territory, covering the North Texas area.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Analyze laboratory workflows across emergency, inpatient, and outreach settings to develop targeted sales strategies aligned to clinical, operational, and financial customer needs
- Apply market and competitive insights to identify opportunities, shape strategy, and drive market share growth, including proactive competitive displacement
- Engage customers by aligning Beckman Coulter solutions to their technology landscape, contracts, and financial priorities, delivering tailored and impactful presentations
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Heme/UA technologies, leveraging data and analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, SFDC) to inform territory strategy and track performance
- Partner cross-functionally to execute territory strategy, monitor performance against goals, and drive revenue growth through disciplined pipeline and account management
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sales experience in capital equipment or diagnostics, or equivalent Medical Technology experience with strong Heme/UA expertise or masters degree with 3+ years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies, including positioning integrated solutions (e.g., MDW, connectivity)
- Proven track record of analyzing competitive landscapes, displacing competitors, and driving market share growth
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to tailor messaging to diverse customer stakeholders
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, SFDC) to drive territory strategy, forecasting, and performance tracking
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Travel 50%-75% of the time
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Working knowledge of laboratory workflows and operational needs across hematology and urinalysis environments, including emergency, inpatient, and outreach settings

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000. This role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC). The total target compensation at plan (base + SIC) is $170,000 - $195,000 annually. Actual SIC earnings may exceed or fall below the target based on individual sales performance. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
