WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own end-to-end product strategy for insurance offerings across personal lines (Travel, PA, Extended Warranty etc.) and commercial (All Risk, Cyber, setting vision, priorities, and long-term roadmap to ensure relevance, scalability, and business impact.
- Drive strategic product innovation in partnership with Partnership Managers and key stakeholders, shaping digital and embedded insurance solutions that meet partner needs while maintaining compliance and market competitiveness.
- Lead product profitability and pricing strategy, collaborating with insurers to optimize pricing frameworks, balance loss ratios, and manage underwriting appetite to achieve sustainable growth.
- Act as the senior liaison and decision-maker between insurers, internal teams, and partners, driving alignment on product design, terms, and continuous enhancements.
- Provide leadership across cross-functional teams, ensuring coordinated execution, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Influence and shape organizational product strategy, contributing to business planning, market positioning, and innovation initiatives.
Requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- Well-versed in the insurance industry, with extensive exposure to both Commercial and Personal Lines.
- Proven track record in insurance product management or broking, with experience driving profitable, scalable products.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial skills, able to turn insights into actionable product decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning internal teams and external partners on product strategy.
- Results-driven mindset, with experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in insurance, fintech, or related sectors, with exposure to digital and embedded insurance solutions.
