Responsibilities
- Translate roadmap items into a clear product vision and a prioritized backlog for manufacturing and SCM related processes (production planning, MRP/MPS, BOM/routings, procurement, supplier management, demand planning, etc.).
- Lead requirement definition and ensure business needs are translated into actionable application requirements.
- Work with stakeholders and customers to collect input and validate process needs within manufacturing environments.
- Provide clarification and direction to delivery teams and ensure releases align with expectations.
- Review and prepare documentation for requirements, scope, and release content.
- Influence operational practices and identify improvements to processes, tooling, and product features.
- Support decisions throughout development and coach less experienced colleagues.
- Delivery and quality for the POs part(s) of the product.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Strong experience in product ownership or business analysis within ERP domain, with deep knowledge of manufacturing processes (production planning, MRP/MPS, shop‑floor execution, BOM/routing, material availability).
- Complementary experience in SCM areas supporting manufacturing (procurement, supplier management, demand planning, inbound/outbound coordination, supply planning).
- Well-developed knowledge of agile delivery, requirement gathering, and business process analysis.
- Ability to manage and deliver complex assignments independently.
- Strong communication skills with delivery teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Education and experience in product management, business analysis, engineering, industrial management, technology, or related fields.
