The Opportunity
As a Senior Product Owner you'll manage product delivery within the Takeda portfolio and will be responsible for the day-to-day development and alignment of delivery to the strategic vision. The Senior Product Owner is focused on delivery, release plans and communicating progress to stakeholders.
Responsibilities

• Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit.
• End to end team output strategy from inception to production.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements.
• Accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
• Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team.
• Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
• Works closely with functional partners to establish each product's business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary.
• Facilitates release planning with stakeholders as well as demos.
• Integrates usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design.
• Align outward facing product requirements and stakeholders.
• Typical work products: Prioritized Feature Roadmap Target Outcomes and Product Performance Metrics, User Stories and backlog, Customer Readiness and Engagement Plan, Leadership Reporting, Vendor Assessment and Recommendations.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• +5 years demonstrating a high degree of proficiency in designing and developing complex, high-quality analytical data solutions
• Experience in stakeholder facing role; acting as a trusted technology partner
• Experience overseeing multiple initiatives, simultaneously from beginning to end
• Experience in commercial data modelling within an enterprise environment
• Integration and API platforms experience with technologies such as, MuleSoft or IPG
• Experience within the technical components of the domains/products/journeys
• Experience with BI/Analytics tools, data warehouse and data lake products, cloud platforms
• Experience in budget planning and financial management
• Preferred strong knowledge of Redshift, Informatica, and/or Databricks
• Fluency in English

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 3850 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
