We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our fast-paced, dynamic team at FusionHit! You’ll lead the product strategy and delivery of a new internal platform being built from scratch, collaborating with engineering and business teams to define a clear roadmap and bring impactful solutions to life.
Our client is a leader in equipment financing, delivering innovative financial solutions to businesses through a tech-driven platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with a skilled engineering team using .NET, React, Azure, and Cosmos DB.
This greenfield project focuses on developing a scalable internal application that streamlines operational workflows in the financial services industry.
Location:
Must reside and have work authorization in Costa Rica.
Availability:
Must be available to work with significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile development environments.
- Proven experience launching greenfield internal tools or enterprise platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and leading Agile ceremonies.
- Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and detailed user stories.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments, especially .NET, React, Azure, and Cosmos DB.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills in English (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).
- Strategic mindset and strong decision-making ability in early-stage product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the initial product roadmap for a greenfield internal platform.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize the backlog and guide development to maximize business impact.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and UX teams to ensure successful sprint delivery.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and serve as the voice of the product throughout development.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on the product roadmap.
- Ensure high quality, usability, and performance of the internal application.
- Be a change agent in introducing new workflows and supporting adoption.
