Why This Role is Important to Us

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner (PO) to join our diverse Client Services unit, a strategically vital division that provides technical support to our clients worldwide. As the PO for our Platform Core team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction and vision of our cloud-native services. You will be instrumental in designing and constructing our core infrastructure, including VMs, networking, connectivity, Citrix, NetScaler, VPNs, Identity Management, and authorizations, with a key focus on automation using Infrastructure as Code and Policy Driven Governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership Expertise: Lead product development efforts by defining and prioritizing features, creating user stories, and maintaining a well-defined product backlog. Bring a deep understanding of agile methodologies to support efficient development processes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between stakeholders, engineering teams, and other departments to ensure alignment on expectations and delivery dates. Work closely with our Operations teams (SREs) for both the Run part and Onboarding part.
  • Strategic Vision and Roadmapping: Develop and articulate a clear product roadmap aligned with the business goals of our organization. Continuously evaluate market trends and user feedback to drive product evolution and innovation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics, user research, and feedback mechanisms to inform product decisions and prioritize development efforts.
  • Quality Assurance and Punctual Delivery: Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products by defining acceptance criteria, conducting regular reviews, and collaborating with our engineering teams.
  • Domain Expertise: Stay current with industry best practices in platform engineering, cloud enablement, and core infrastructure components.
  • Stakeholder Management: identifying, analyzing, and systematically engaging with professionals or groups who have a stake in a project and or initiative.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in a similar role within platform engineering.
  • Proficient in applying DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms is highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Highly skilled at both articulating messages clearly and maintaining effective engagement with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in navigating environments that demand agile responses to evolving priorities.

  • Familiarity with Azure configuration tools, Azure DevOps, Entra ID, Kubernetes, and monitoring stacks, sufficient to guide discussions and make informed decisions.
  • Ensuring the delivery of outcomes and anchoring of new features into our Operations and Product Development teams.
  • Genuine sense of ownership
  • Proficiency in English at level C1, both written and verbal.
