Role Overview :

As a Senior Product Owner – Growth, you’ll own the end-to-end customer journey across Jimdo’s multi-product suite—including CMS, Flows, Booking, JimdoPay and beyond. Your mission: ensure our users discover, adopt, and grow with the right products at the right time. You'll blend classic product ownership with customer journey design to drive activation, retention, and lifetime value.

Your impact:
  • Own and optimize customer journeys across our multi-product ecosystem.

  • Design onboarding flows and dashboards that guide users intuitively.

  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities via packaging and pricing flows.

  • Collaborate with lifecycle marketing to align messaging and product delivery.

  • Lead roadmap execution for journey-impacting initiatives.

  • Partner across engineering, design, data, and other Product Owners.

  • Use data and research to continuously improve activation, retention, and LTV.

What you bring:
  • 4+ years in Product Owner or Product Manager roles in SaaS or consumer-facing products.

  • Proven experience managing customer journeys, conversion funnels, or lifecycle metrics.

  • Experience with onboarding, adoption, and monetization flows (pricing, packaging, checkout).

  • Track record in multi-product environments (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C).

  • Familiarity with agile delivery and product lifecycle management.
