Let's start with the role
As a Senior Product Owner in the Fraud product segment, you will work on a cross-functional product team, using agile methodologies and applying best practices in order to deliver high quality products that align with the company's vision and business objectives. The Account & Payments vertical is responsible for core customer journey functions from registration, deposits and verification to account communications and fraud, ensuring our platform remains secure.
As a Senior Product Owner you will:
- Drive one Scrum team.
- Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team throughout the product life cycle.
- Create requirements in the forms of epics and stories.
- Manage the backlog and iteration planning process.
- Drive the product release plans and set the expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
- Mitigate impediments impacting the release/sprint goals.
- Support the team and organization by using agile/scrum best practices and promote agile values.
- Partner with product management and business stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
- Explore the market/vendors to identify opportunities and further expand our product offering.
What you'll bring:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Owner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the future of our Fraud product vision. Collaborating closely with product people, software development and operational teams, the Senior Product Owner will lead the charge in delivering innovative solutions that enhance the user experience.
More specifically, we are looking for a professional with:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in a technological environment or working on software products.
- Solid agile experience.
- Proven ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams.
- A good understanding of technology, programming languages and software architecture is considered a plus.
- Experience working with design teams, understanding UX fundamentals, and skills in wireframing are valued
- Familiarity with betting and gaming and the risk inherited will be considered as a plus.
