As a Senior Product Owner – Digital Platforms, you will define and drive the strategic evolution of Ingredion’s customerfacing digital ecosystem, including MyIngredion.com (Global Digital Helpdesk), ensuring these platforms deliver measurable customer experience, commercial, and productivity impact at enterprise scale. 

This role is accountable for translating customer and commercial strategy into scalable digital capability—owning product vision, prioritization, and outcomes—while establishing the operating model, governance, and execution infrastructure required to sustain and scale delivery across regions. In doing so, the role ensures strategic momentum is maintained even when regional capacity or ownership gaps arise, protecting continuity, alignment, and value realization. 

This role reports to the Director of Commercial Capabilities and operates as a senior individual contributor with enterpriselevel decision authority. 

 

What you will do:   

  • Own the endtoend product vision, scope, and roadmap for MyIngredion and the Digital Helpdesk as integrated global digital platforms.  

  • Drive the investment case to support operation, maintenance, and growth of the platform as part of the Ingredion digital ecosystem 

  • Serve as the single owner of the product backlog, prioritizing features, enhancements, technical enablers, and defects based on business value, customer impact, scalability, and risk.  

  • Ensure continued platform maintenance and operational continuity, including:  

  • Monitoring platform health, usage, and performance 

  • Ensuring defects, tech debt, and operational gaps are addressed 

  • Acting as interim owner where regional Product Owner or Business Ownership gaps exist. 

  • Step in to support regions when capability, capacity, or ownership gaps emerge, ensuring delivery momentum, decisionmaking continuity, and adherence to global standards.  

  • Design and build the operating infrastructure required for execution, including: 

  • Clear RACI and ownership models 

  • Repeatable intake, prioritization, and governance processes 

  • Scalable ways of working that regions can adopt and sustain. 

  • Partner with delivery teams and vendors in an agile model, supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, UAT readiness, and postgolive hypercare 

  • Exercise product governance and decision rights, including scope tradeoffs, sequencing, prioritization, and escalation within Steering and Operating Committee forums.  

  • Drive adoption, training, and change enablement, ensuring regions are equipped not only to launch, but to operate and continuously improve the platform.  

  • Define, track, and act on product KPIs (e.g., adoption, CSAT, ticket deflection, resolution efficiency), using insights to guide continuous optimization. 

 

What you will bring:   

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Digital Platform roles, ideally within enterprise or B2B environments.  

  • Demonstrated experience owning customerfacing digital platforms (e.g., portals, service platforms, SaaSlike solutions).  

  • Strong expertise in agile delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent), including backlog ownership and prioritization.  

  • Proven ability to influence across global, crossfunctional stakeholders without direct authority.  

  • Experience working with technology, UX, analytics, and external vendors to deliver scalable digital solutions.
