About The Role:

Monday is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to establish the Product Operations function at the company, supporting a Dev/PM/design organization of over 600 employees by the end of 2024, working closely with Engineering Operations managers:

  • A key member of our Product Leadership team
  • Reporting to the Head of Product and Engineering Operations, a member of the Builders Operations team.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in Product Operations, demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively, and possess strong communication skills.

  • Build the Product Operations function, create and enable processes to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our product, from ideation through delivery
  • Programmatically manage customer feedback from multiple channels in collaboration with the CRO teams and close the feedback loop with CRO/Customers
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate qualitative and quantitative data from within and outside the product team, bringing metrics to the front of what we do as a business to help make decisions, enhance Product outputs, and improve efficiency
  • Integrate & analyze Data into Insights for the Product & leadership Team
  • Traceability between business objectives and roadmap prioritization
  • Manage product management tech stack, define and record best practices for consistent and effective use.
  • Programmatically manage the Communication of the strategic direction, roadmap, priorities, and releases to relevant parties inside the company
  • Build healthy interfaces between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market, and improve cross-functional alignment
  • Maintain templates, guidelines, and resources so the product team can operate efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated experience in improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience managing product management tech stack and documenting best practices.
  • Proven ability to collect and communicate qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Measures of Success: Improved operational efficiency and effectiveness, as evidenced by metrics such as cycle time, throughput, and defect rate.
  • Reduced time to market features, as evidenced by faster delivery of high-quality features that meet customer needs.
  • Increased active users, as evidenced by improvements in user engagement, retention, and satisfaction
