- Own the product operating system end-to-end — Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and GTM (Sales, SE, CS, Support): translate enterprise deal requirements and customer commitments into product requirements and help turn roadmap/launch status into clear communication to GTM teams.
- Run the AI-powered voice-of-customer & other programs — Build an automated intake/synthesis system that ingests signals from customer feedback, support, Sales/CRM, and enterprise escalations, classifies it by product, and routes prioritized themes into roadmap planning. Extend this into running structured beta / design-partner programs for new AI capabilities with tight feedback loops and clear success criteria.
- Own launch readiness across products — Support individual products in coordinating GTM enablement, launch readiness cadence, run X-functional checkpoints, pricing/packaging, and support/CS handoff so releases land cleanly with enterprise customers, spanning both AI-native features and platform capabilities.
- Build — Personally prototype internal tooling (via low-code/agent frameworks and APIs) — beta trackers, launch dashboards for AI capabilities — validating the workflow hands-on before handing it off to harden at scale.
- Unify metrics — Stand up a single automated reporting layer spanning quality/adoption metrics for AI capabilities and uptime/usage/expansion metrics, replacing manual QBR and roadmap-review prep.
- Be the org’s force multiplier for AI-native execution — Actively identify which manual cross-functional processes in Product, Business Ops, or Engineering Ops are ripe for agentic automation, ship a first working version yourself, and drive adoption.

- Strong data fluency with the ability to turn noisy qualitative and quantitative signal into a clear executive narrative
- Enterprise SaaS background — familiarity with the pricing/packaging, SKU, and sales-cycle mechanics that come with an enterprise motion
- A genuinely high “get it done” bias — a full-stack operator who ships the first version personally rather than waiting on a team or a process to catch up, and is comfortable filling gaps wherever they show up

What We Do
BigPanda is the only Event Correlation and Automation platform built for domain-agnostic AIOps. We transform how IT teams prevent outages and resolve incidents by turning data into insights and action. Without BigPanda, IT Ops and DevOps teams struggle with manual and reactive incident response capabilities that are badly suited for the scale, complexity and velocity of modern IT environments. This results in painful outages, unhappy customers, growing IT headcount and the inability to focus on innovation. Fortune 500 enterprises such as Intel, Cisco, United, Nike, Marriott and Expedia rely on BigPanda to prevent outages, reduce costs, and give their teams time back for digital transformation. BigPanda helps organizations take a giant step towards Autonomous IT Operations by turning IT noise into insights and manual tasks into automated actions. BigPanda is backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia Capital, Mayfield, Battery Ventures, Greenfield Partners and Insight Partners. Visit www.bigpanda.io for more information.
