We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Life Science & Healthcare division in Barcelona.  

 You will be a key driver in shaping the go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches, developing impactful positioning and messaging, creating compelling content, and enabling our sales teams to effectively communicate the value of our Research & Development solutions.   

In this role, you'll partner closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to support the launch of new enhancements and solutions and contribute to revenue growth. You will play a key role in analyzing market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape to help position Clarivate as a trusted partner to life sciences organizations. This role requires a hands on, execution focused approach within a cross functional environment. 

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

  • Bachelor’s degree required  
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management (or equivalent experience in management and strategy consulting, or business strategy and operations)  
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies  
  • Experience creating product messaging, value propositions, and customer facing marketing assets 
  • Prior experience working in the life sciences industry  

  

It would be great if you also had…   

  • MBA or advanced degree   
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical R&D lifecycle  
  • B2B Product Marketing experience in software or data driven products  
  • Experience with a global/multi-national organization   

What will you be doing in this role?  

  • Oversees the development of product-specific messaging and positioning to differentiate products and services in the market.   
  • Designs and implements product marketing strategies that support business growth and market expansion.  
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional Go-To-Market team to plan and execute successful product launches, driving adoption of new features and solutions
  • Develop sales enablement materials and collaborate with other marketing stakeholders to create impactful multi-channel campaigns that attract target buyers and drive demand for our solutions.
  • Monitors marketing performance metrics and provides insights to refine strategies and improve results.

About the Team   

The Clarivate Product Marketing team partners closely with product, sales, and marketing to advance the category strategy and key go-to-market initiatives. As part of Clarivate’s Life Sciences & Healthcare division, you’ll be part of a team focused on developing solutions that enable life sciences and healthcare companies to create a heathier tomorrow by connecting them to transformative intelligence and data technology to improve patient lives.   

  

Hours of Work   

This is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours a week (35 hours during July and August). The position is hybrid going to our office in Barcelona (next to Sagrada Familia) 2-3 times per week. Please note that, while the working schedule is primarily centered around the CET time zone, at times there will be a need to accommodate meetings with US or East Asia time zones.
