Role Summary
We’re looking for our very first Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) — someone excited to build, own, and scale a function that sits at the heart of how we tell our story to the world.

As the bridge between Product and Go-to-Market, you’ll turn complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with customers. You’ll partner closely with our GTM Enablement lead to make sure Sales and Customer Success are not only equipped with the right messaging, but also confident in delivering it. From roadmap to launch to adoption, you’ll ensure our story is consistent, engaging, and impactful.

This role is equal parts doer and builder. You’ll roll up your sleeves to craft messaging, assets, and GTM strategies — while also laying the groundwork for a scalable Product Marketing function. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into leadership and shape the team’s direction as we expand.

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have experience in high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Love working at the intersection of product, sales, CS, and marketing
  • Want the challenge (and reward!) of building a function from the ground up
  • Are as comfortable in the weeds of execution as you are thinking big picture

If you’re looking for a role where you can make an outsized impact, shape the future of a fast-growing company, and grow alongside it — this is it.

Where you’ll be contributing:

Positioning & Insights

  • Build messaging frameworks by persona, industry, and use case.
  • Turn market, customer, and competitor insights into strategy.
  • Create GTM tools like battlecards and objection guides.

Go-to-Market & Launches

  • Lead GTM planning and execution for product launches.
  • Develop launch briefs, narratives, assets, and playbooks.
  • Align Sales & CS readiness with external messaging.

Enablement & Collaboration

  • Partner with GTM Enablement on core messaging and collateral.
  • Ensure consistent, differentiated storytelling across teams.
  • Support demand gen and customer marketing with positioning.

Content & Collateral

  • Create decks, one-pagers, briefs, and web copy tied to outcomes.
  • Translate technical capabilities (AI, ML, automation) into buyer-ready narratives.
  • Ground thought leadership in product differentiation.

Future Growth

  • Build the foundation for scaling product marketing functions.

You are a great fit if you have the following:

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS, including 3+ years in product marketing.
  • Experience in growth-stage SaaS, selling to enterprise buyers.
  • Proven success driving GTM strategy and product launches.
  • Skilled at simplifying complex products into clear value props.
  • Hands-on with sales collateral, web copy, one-pagers, and decks.
  • Familiar with market research, personas, and competitive intel.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of AI, insurance, legal tech, or healthcare.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible hybrid environment with the option to collaborate in-person at our Toronto HQ.
  • Modern employee benefits, including health and dental coverage
  • Competitive compensation, with valuable stock options, as we’re still a young company growing very quickly.
  • An opportunity to develop very rapidly in your career. We can offer you a super-immersive learning environment, and when you thrive there, you will have the opportunity to rapidly develop this opportunity into senior practitioner or management opportunities as you choose.
  • Access to a learning and professional development fund to help you level up your career while you’re working with us. We hope to be an incredible step up in your career if you decide to come and work with us.
  • Company events
  • Generous Paid Time Off
  • Paid Sick Days
  • Casual Dress code
  • Employee Referral Bonus
  • Tuition Assistance
  • Plus, many other Recognition Programs!
