Join Agora, a leading SaaS and FinTech real estate investment management platform based in Tel Aviv, offering modern software and expert services that help GPs, owners/operators, and investment firms streamline every aspect of investment management—from fundraising and investor onboarding to reporting, distributions, tax, and back-office operations.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to evolve and own Agora's investment management, embedded payments, and financial services solutions. In this high-impact role, you'll lead go-to-market strategies and product positioning, working cross-functionally with product, GTM, and financial services teams from pre-sales to customer engagement, upsell, and cross-sell. You'll gain a deep understanding of customer needs, conduct insightful market and competitive research, and translate findings into compelling messaging and effective marketing materials that bridge the gap between software and services. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market strategy & execution: 

Lead end-to-end GTM strategies for new capabilities, platform evolutions, and AI-driven workflows, from early discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.

Drive alignment across Product & GTM teams to ensure focused, timely, and measurable launches.

  • Product messaging & positioning: 

Define and evolve Agora’s positioning and messaging at the platform and solution level, across different customer segments and stages.

Translate complex software, workflows, and AI capabilities into clear, compelling value narratives that resonate with buyers and users.

  • Customer journey & product-led sales: 

Own product marketing across the full customer lifecycle: awareness, activation, onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention.

Strengthen Agora’s product-led sales motion by shaping in-product messaging, value moments, onboarding narratives, and upgrade paths, in close partnership with Product and GTM. 

  • Market, customer & competitive insights: 

Continuously gather insights from customers, prospects, sales calls, win/loss analysis, and market research.

Track and analyze competitors (including Juniper Square) to sharpen differentiation and inform GTM, sales and product decisions.

  • Sales & customer enablement: 

Create and maintain high-impact enablement assets (decks, battlecards, narratives, case studies) that help teams sell the platform, not just features.

Ensure messaging consistency across all GTM motions.

Create impactful collateral (battlecards, slide decks, case studies) and narratives for the GTM team that highlight our capabilities and benefits. 

  • Packaging, pricing & monetization: 

Partner with relevant teams nd pricing evolution, aligning customer value with monetization and expansion opportunities.

  • Metrics & Optimization: Define success metrics, track performance, and continuously optimize product marketing initiatives based on data and feedback.
What are we looking for
  • 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally with complex platforms, workflows, vertical products, etc. 
  • Proven experience leading GTM strategies for multi-solution or platform offerings (beyond feature-level) in saturated markets. 
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex product launches holistically.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence without formal 
  • authority and build trust across teams. Knows how to drive others, ensure alignment, and build strong relationships with internal teams, providing advice and guidance. A person others love to work with. 
  • Adept at guiding content creation across marketing channels, ensuring clarity, impact, and strategy execution at scale.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional execution skills, balancing depth, quality, and speed. You know how to move necessary mountains and get things done,  whether it’s developing strategic positioning with the CPO or writing new customer communications marketing e-mail content.
  • Analytical and outcome-driven, comfortable using data to measure and improve impact.
  • Outstanding messaging & storytelling skills, with a track record of simplifying complexity.
