Position Description:
ServiceTrade, the leading SaaS platform for commercial contractors, is seeking a Product Marketer to help drive the next phase of growth for our fire protection and mechanical (MEP) customers. This is a high-impact role on a growing team in a rapidly transforming industry—where technology, data, and AI are reshaping how essential service work gets done.
In this role, you will shape how our products are positioned, brought to market, adopted, and expanded across thousands of technicians, service managers, and business leaders who run their operations on ServiceTrade. You’ll translate customer insights, market dynamics, and product innovation into clear messaging, compelling content, and winning go-to-market strategies.
You will own product messaging, orchestrate product and feature launches (including AI-powered capabilities), and continually sharpen our competitive understanding in an increasingly active market. This role is ideal for someone who loves building narrative, thrives in cross-functional collaboration, and wants to be part of a company defining the future of technology for the commercial trades.
Why ServiceTrade:
ServiceTrade is transforming one of the most essential—and fastest-growing—industries in the world: commercial fire protection and mechanical service. Our software powers the daily work of thousands of contractors who keep buildings safe, efficient, and operational. As the industry rapidly modernizes, ServiceTrade is leading the charge with a powerful combination of SaaS innovation, deep trade expertise, and a bold vision for how AI will redefine service operations.
Joining ServiceTrade means stepping into a company with momentum. We’re scaling quickly, expanding our product suite, and investing in people. You’ll work alongside a team that values creativity, curiosity, intelligence, and ownership—and you’ll have the opportunity to craft messaging for highly engaged audiences, launch impactful new features—including AI-powered capabilities—partner closely with a high-performing Product organization, and see your work directly influence customer adoption, sales success, and company growth. If you want to be part of a team that’s building the future of service contracting and bringing real innovation to the trades, ServiceTrade is where you belong.
About you:
You are a strategic, curious, and highly collaborative product marketer who loves turning complex technology into clear, compelling narratives. You bring strong B2B SaaS experience and have a track record of crafting messaging that resonates with real buyers and users—supported by customer research, testing, and data.
You have led successful product and feature launches, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to create high-impact go-to-market moments. You thrive in environments where you can shape positioning, build content, support sellers, and guide teams on how to win. Competitive intelligence is part of how you operate, and you’re comfortable tracking market shifts and distilling insights into actionable guidance.
You’re also excited about how AI is transforming product marketing. Whether through tools that streamline workflows or AI-powered product capabilities you help bring to market, you bring curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to experiment with new approaches.
**And while not required, it’s a nice-to-have if you have experience in industries that center on operations, service delivery, or field technicians—or if you’ve marketed software used by commercial contractors. Familiarity with how these businesses operate, how they buy technology, or what their users value is an added bonus.
