The Role:

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll bring our products to life — turning innovation into stories that inspire action. You’ll own go-to-market strategies for new features and launches, crafting messaging that connects with both our teams and our customers. From positioning and enablement to competitive insights, you’ll help our Sales and Success teams win more deals and grow existing relationships.

This is a cross-functional role at the heart of Product, Marketing, and Sales — where strategy meets storytelling. You’ll translate product innovation into clear, compelling value and shape how our solutions show up in the market. As we continue integrating AI and LLM technologies, you’ll play a key role in helping customers understand how these capabilities make marketing smarter and more human.

Emma (myemma.com) is a leading email service provider (ESP) built for distributed marketing teams. We help higher education institutions, nonprofits, and franchises create beautifully designed, results-driven campaigns. With powerful tools for brand consistency, local customization, and collaboration, Emma empowers marketers to connect with their audiences in smarter, more impactful ways.

We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and strategy — someone ready to turn great products into even greater market momentum.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure smooth, impactful launches.

  • Craft clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that translate technical capabilities — including AI and LLM features — into customer-focused value.

  • Develop and deliver enablement materials (pitch decks, playbooks, and training) to help Sales and Success teams confidently communicate Emma’s value and drive adoption.

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to shape product positioning and influence roadmap decisions.

  • Gather and share feedback from frontline teams and customers to refine messaging, improve go-to-market strategies, and surface success stories.

  • Champion cross-functional alignment, ensuring all teams are equipped, informed, and inspired to bring Emma’s innovations to market effectively.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing or B2B SaaS, ideally within martech or ESP environments.

  • Proven success developing go-to-market strategies, product launches, and enablement programs that drive adoption and growth.

  • Strong understanding of AI and LLM technologies and how they enhance marketing automation and customer engagement.

  • Skilled in crafting messaging and positioning that connect technical innovation to real customer value.

  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Analytical and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Our Benefits:

  • Competitive benefits including: medical/dental/vision insurance, life/accident/disabilities insurance, supplemental health benefits, FSA, EAP and pet insurance

  • Generous time off (we call it Open Time Away) as well as paid holidays and a birthday benefit day off.

  • 401k plan with a company match on your contributions.

  • Employee-centric and supportive remote work environment with flexibility.

  • Support for life events including paid parental leave.
