How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy and go-to-market playbook for priority markets and industry verticals
- Define and refine messaging and positioning that resonate with target audiences, clearly articulating OpenPayd’s unique value proposition for growth
- Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audiences and defines OpenPayd’s value proposition
- Design and deliver data-driven marketing programme that fuels pipeline growth, supports commercial expansion, and elevates OpenPayd’s profile as an industry growth leader
- Partner with the sales team to provide the tools, resources, and insights needed to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Equip the sales team with all of the tools and resources they need to effectively communicate the product value and the educate our prospects and clients
- Own the internal feedback loop between industry, customer and Product Team to support roadmap planning and product innovation
- Work closely with our existing and new customers to build our bank of case studies
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- At least 10 years of total professional work experience with a minimum of 3+ years in a product marketing role / marketing growth focused role at a fintech / financial services company
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies
- Confident presenter with strong stakeholder engagement skills, capable of representing the business externally at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relationships across different departments
- Ability to work autonomously, set ambitious goals and take ownership of OpenPayd’s Product Marketing Strategy
- Team focused individual able to compromise and work well across teams
