What You’ll Do
- Understand the Market Deeply: Uncover customer needs, market shifts, and competitive insights through win/loss analysis, interviews, and research. Use these insights to guide product strategy, pricing, and positioning.
- Craft Positioning that Wins: Own messaging frameworks that differentiate Ontic across personas, industries, and maturity levels. Ensure messaging resonates from the CSO to frontline analysts and adjacent stakeholders like HR and Legal.
- Lead Product Launches: Plan and execute product and feature launches across every stage of the funnel. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure launches drive adoption, usage, and retention.
- Enable Sales & Success: Create sales tools like pitch decks, playbooks, and battlecards that align to real buyer needs. Work closely with Enablement to ensure teams are confident, consistent, and compelling in every conversation.
- Fuel the GTM Engine: Influence packaging, pricing, and campaign strategy based on buyer behavior and GTM needs. Support demand generation and field programs with sharp, differentiated product stories.
- Drive Buyer Clarity: Define and evolve ICPs, personas, and use case narratives that reflect enterprise buyer journeys. Ensure messaging across the website, collateral, and campaigns is clear, consistent, and conversion-oriented.
What You Bring
- Proven success owning full-stack product marketing for enterprise SaaS, including positioning, messaging, launches, enablement, and market research
- Demonstrated ability to influence how products are built, packaged, and sold—working side-by-side with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- Experience marketing to large enterprises, including navigating long sales cycles, multiple personas, and consensus-driven buying
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft crisp, compelling stories grounded in data and customer insight
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into real-world value for diverse corporate security personas
- Demonstrated effectiveness in cross-functional collaboration, especially with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- A data-informed mindset, leveraging dashboards, win/loss insights, and market feedback to continuously refine strategy
- A growth-oriented, self-starter mentality with a strong bias for action and accountability
- Passion for AI, automation, and the evolving role of security technology in the enterprise
