- Shape and lead the development of global and local go-to-market communication strategies, including value propositions, messaging, naming, and activation plans that position ANYbotics’ products and features as industry-leading solutions
- Oversee research into buyer personas, market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging industry trends to refine how products are marketed and drive innovation in our marketing approach
- Develop and lead impactful, product-focused marketing campaigns (especially organic across digital and offline channels), crafting compelling content that drives awareness, generates high-quality leads, and accelerates conversions across the customer journey
- Redefine and implement an effective sales enablement framework, delivering materials and training that empower Sales and Client Success teams to communicate product value with precision and impact
- Champion structured naming processes for product features, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with ANYbotics’ brand identity
- Establish scalable workflows and tools to enhance collaboration across teams and streamline the delivery of messaging, assets, and campaigns
- Define KPIs and implement innovative tracking methods to measure marketing effectiveness and clarify marketing’s role in sales attribution
Your Profile
- You bring extensive experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role in B2B tech industries, with a proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive demand and lead generation with measurable business outcomes
- You excel at identifying, prioritizing, and translating buyer needs, market trends, and competitor insights into impactful messaging, value propositions, and customer journeys that focus on the highest-impact personas and industries
- You have in-depth knowledge and a strong track record of leading product marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels, delivering full-funnel campaigns, content strategies, and sales enablement frameworks that drive conversions
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution to manage complex projects and deliver results
- You are data-driven and skilled in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Google Analytics, and clarify marketing’s contribution to business growth
- You possess exceptional communication and presentation skills (in English), simplifying complex concepts into engaging narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Points
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Communications, engineering, business or related field
- Marketing experience with AI-driven inspection technologies like robotics, drones, or maintenance solutions, including engaging target audiences in industries such as power & utilities, metals, minerals, oil and gas, or manufacturing
- Proven success in marketing products across multiple markets, with a particular focus on Europe and the US
- Proficiency in a second language, particularly German
