About Greenfly

Greenfly is a leading B2B SaaS platform revolutionizing how the world’s biggest sports and entertainment organizations create, distribute, and amplify content. We empower brands to turn their communities into powerful advocates through innovative solutions that combine technology, creativity, and collaboration.

We’re seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how we define, package, and communicate our products — both internally and externally. If you’re passionate about delivering clarity in product messaging, driving adoption, and working at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of Greenfly’s product strategy, driving go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and creating compelling narratives that resonate with our customers. Your work will directly influence product adoption, market positioning, and Greenfly’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional GTM efforts from ideation to execution, aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams.
  • Work with leadership to define business strategies, pricing models, and product packaging that maximize market impact.

2. Product Messaging & Positioning

  • Partner with Product teams to craft messaging that highlights features, benefits, and unique use cases.
  • Create compelling product narratives that resonate with our target audiences.

3. Customer-Centric Insights

  • Collaborate with Product to conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies that inform product development and marketing campaigns.

4. Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Identify opportunities for differentiation and refine our product positioning.

5. Product Launch Excellence

  • Plan and execute product and feature launches, coordinating across teams to meet deadlines.
  • Deliver high-quality assets, including launch materials, FAQs, presentations, and campaigns.

6. Internal Enablement

  • Train and equip internal teams with the knowledge and tools needed to champion our products.
  • Foster consistent messaging across departments and external-facing communications.

7. Sales Support

  • Develop exceptional sales enablement tools, such as product guides, case studies, and pitch decks.
  • Empower Sales and Customer Success teams to effectively communicate Greenfly’s value to prospects and customers.

8. Digital Content & Website Management

  • Ensure product pages on the website are accurate, engaging, and aligned with launch campaigns.

Location

This role will be mainly remote and will need to be located in close proximity to one of our hubs - Los Angeles or the Greater New York City area – as we get together in person from time to time.

Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years in Product Marketing, or related roles in Marketing or Product, with at least 4+ years in SaaS. Proven success in driving GTM strategies and delivering results.

  • Strategic Vision: A knack for seeing the big picture, asking the right questions, and prioritizing initiatives that move the needle.
  • Execution Excellence: Organized and deadline-driven, capable of managing multiple projects with minimal oversight.
  • Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to leverage data and insights to inform decisions.
  • Process Oriented: Proven track record of creating new processes, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, Creative, and Marketing teams.
