The Role

Position Summary:

As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager within the Product Marketing team, you'll be at the forefront of reducing the sales cycle by creating awareness, building a positive brand image, and providing educational collateral. You'll clearly articulate MeridianLink’s differentiation and target the right audiences. This role also involves developing and executing internal and external communication strategies. You'll identify market fit for our products, articulate value propositions, and develop campaign strategies. Additionally, you'll perform market research, establish product development timelines, influence pricing and packaging, guide sales teams, and develop messaging and market positioning.


Expected Duties:

-Impactful Projects: Work on projects that have a lasting impact on the company.

-Leadership & Development: Act as a developer and leader in teaching departmental and company policies/techniques.

-Market Research & Strategy: Perform market research on new products, establish development timelines, influence pricing and packaging, guide sales teams, and develop messaging and market positioning.

-Customer-Facing Messaging: Articulate the benefits of product features and translate them into customer-facing messaging.

-Sales Support: Assist sales with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful, develop customer-facing presentations, update the website, and outline marketing programs for demand generation.

-Campaign Management: Build and maintain marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and engagement.

-Product Demonstrations: Lead product demonstrations at trade shows and webinars, deliver presentations to customers and prospects, and create marketing collateral.


Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

-Professional Expertise: Full understanding of the areas of responsibility and ability to perform all aspects of the role independently.

-Career-Level Proficiency: Highly skilled and proficient in the mortgage sector.

Independent Judgment: Ability to conduct complex, important work under minimal supervision with latitude for independent judgment.

-Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience.

MeridianLink runs a comprehensive background check, credit check, and drug test as part of our offer process.

Salary range of $104,000 - $146,800. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
