Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 OTE (On Target Earning)
The Opportunity
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key driver for communicating Kargo’s high-impact display, OLV, and CTV products, features, and benefits to the market. You’ll craft the messaging and positioning for new products through market research and through a key understanding of Kargo’s suite of customer-facing initiatives.
The Daily To-Do
- Spearhead post-product development marketing efforts including launch announcements, acting as the voice of the consumer, and having a deep understanding of the needs and desires of media buyers
- Partner with sales and product teams to develop special product packaging including pricing models, key messages, and value proposition
- Work closely with research and sales to conduct market analysis and studies to obtain an understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators
- Serve as a key member of the team, driving the execution of go-to-market strategies to help enable the successful launch of new formats and capabilities
- Lead training sessions with internal & external customers for new products while communicating the value of our platforms, ads, and data products
- Work cross-functionally across teams including Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, Sales, Publisher
- Collaborate with other Product Marketing team members to organize and distribute customer newsletters around product releases and ongoing updates
- Maintains internal and external relationships with Kargo customers to ensure products, objectives, and tactics are properly communicated and represented
- Create sales collateral and tools that align with the buying process and help move prospects and customers through the sales cycle including one-sheets, case studies, whitepapers, and social posts
- Publish ongoing industry POVs around relevant topics and products in digital advertising
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AdTech, particularly in CTV/Streaming, OLV, and high-impact display for product marketing and sales strategy
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Slides, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, working closely with senior leadership and leading training sessions with internal/external stakeholders
- Skills in design, copywriting, product development, or public speaking are expected to be able to sell ideas well through creative and innovative presentations
- Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced professional environment
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
