We're looking for a pioneer to join our team as the first Senior Product Marketing Manager and help us elevate our storytelling, drive adoption, and bring clarity to the product vision. You'll collaborate closely with talented product teams and cross-functional stakeholders to eloquently articulate the value of the SquareWorks Automate suite of products.

What You'll Do: 

  • Product Narrative & Positioning: You will own the product narrative for our financial automation solutions. This means crafting a clear, compelling value proposition that resonates with our target audience and differentiates us in the market. 
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans that drive customer acquisition and engagement. You are the bridge between product and market. 
  • Customer Insights & Personas: Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their pain points. You will create detailed personas and customer journey maps that inform product development and marketing efforts. 
  • Sales Enablement & Content Creation: Lead the creation of high-impact sales and marketing materials, including pitch decks, case studies, product videos, blog posts, webinars, and more. Serve as a product evangelist and industry thought leader who articulates the value and benefits of our products. 
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends and competitive dynamics. Use this knowledge to influence product strategy and ensure our offerings meet market demands. 

What We're Looking For: 

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing and related marketing roles, with a track record of successfully scaling B2B SaaS products. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for turning complex information into actionable insights. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics. 
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with an understanding of the importance of metrics in measuring success. 
  • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis. 
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen eye for emerging trends and market opportunities.
