The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Establish and lead the product marketing discipline for a B2B software business, owning positioning, messaging and go-to-market execution. The role works across product, sales and leadership teams and also brings AI-assisted methods into everyday marketing work.
What you'll do
- Define how the product is positioned and described for different audiences, buyer roles and regions.
- Set up the product marketing function from scratch: review current assets, create a working playbook and put it into practice.
- Plan and run go-to-market efforts for new products, partnerships and feature releases in multiple markets.
- Manage the full sales enablement program, producing competitive and objection-handling materials, sales collateral, ROI tools, demo scripts and hands-on deal support.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues in product, sales, customer success and marketing to influence how prospects find and choose the product.
- Build and roll out AI-supported workflows for competitor tracking, research analysis, content drafting and enablement production.
- Direct the messaging and positioning approach for a planned website redesign.
- Combine customer conversations, deal outcome analysis and market trends into practical recommendations.
- Develop a bank of customer proof points and cultivate advocates for references, case studies and events.
- Mentor regional marketing managers so their demand generation campaigns stay consistent with core messaging.
