We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for Turing’s Frontier AI business. Our customers are building frontier AI models that rely on Turing’s high-quality datasets, reinforcement learning environments, benchmarks, and expert network to train & improve their models.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is excited to shape the narrative around our products and create compelling content for AI researchers, including technical blogs, demos, and customer-facing presentations.

What You’ll DoDevelop Positioning and Messaging- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for our datasets, benchmarks, research, and reinforcement learning environments.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for AI researchers.
- Partner closely with the Research team to ensure our messaging accurately reflects Turing’s capabilities and differentiation.
- Lead go-to-market execution for new products and capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional launch plans and ensure teams are aligned on messaging, enablement, and customer communications.
- Create launch materials, including product pages, technical blogs, presentations, customer stories, demos, and sales enablement content.
- Develop a deep understanding of frontier AI labs and their technical decision-makers.
- Conduct customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
- Bring customer and market insights back to Research teams to help inform roadmap and positioning decisions.
- Develop sales enablement materials that help teams communicate product value to technical buyers.
- Create competitive intelligence and battle cards.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to improve product adoption and customer engagement.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, or a related go-to-market role.
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent experience
- Experience marketing highly technical products, such as AI/ML platforms, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to technical audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional product launches from planning through execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling technical and customer-facing content.
- Strong customer research, competitive analysis, and market insight skills.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, data infrastructure, developer platforms, or foundation model ecosystems.
- Familiarity with concepts such as:
- Foundation models
- Model evaluations
- Reinforcement learning (RLHF, RLVR)
- Synthetic data
- Human-in-the-loop systems
- Multimodal AI
- LLM benchmarking
- Data pipelines

Compensation: $159,000 to $205,000 base + equity
