Silicon Labs is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Wi-Fi to drive outbound product marketing for our Wi-Fi portfolio—helping define and communicate differentiated value, accelerate customer adoption, and improve win rates. This role partners closely with Product Management, Segment Management, Sales, and Corporate Marketing to translate voice-of-market insights into compelling positioning and measurable go-to-market execution. This role requires regular collaboration with global teams across multiple time zones, which may occasionally necessitate flexibility in working hours outside of standard business hours.
Responsibilities
Own Wi-Fi outbound product marketing
Build crisp, differentiated positioning and messaging that improves customer engagement, pipeline creation, and win rates
Define compelling value propositions for low-power Wi-Fi for IoT use cases
Drive go-to-market strategy and execution
Partner with Product Management, Segment Management and Marketing to create and deliver GTM plans across target markets and segments
Turn market/customer insights and competitive intel into actions that shape strategy, roadmap inputs, and campaigns
Enable sales and strengthen customer engagement
Create high-impact outbound assets: product presentations, web content, competitive analyses, white papers, demos, and webinars
Equip Sales and Applications teams with narratives and enablement that accelerate opportunities
Launch and scale portfolio adoption
Lead product launch readiness across teams (messaging, training, content, tools)
Support major Wi-Fi launches and customer engagements to reduce adoption friction and speed time-to-revenue
Skills You Will Need
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus
5+ years in product marketing and/or product management with measurable GTM impact
Strong understanding of wireless connectivity; Wi-Fi expertise required
Self-directed and detail-oriented, with the ability to own initiatives end-to-end and drive them to completion in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to convert market/customer needs into effective messaging, content, and GTM execution
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering/R&D, Applications, and Sales
The following skills will be considered a plus:
Product marketing experience in Wi-Fi for IoT (smart home, industrial, smart buildings/cities, medical/wearables, retail, asset tracking, etc.)
Familiarity with Wi-Fi IoT requirements like ultra-low power, embedded security, performance, certification, and modules
Understanding of developer workflows and enablement systems such as documentation, onboarding flows, and community engagement
