- Demonstrate an understanding of on-chain user journey and active channels, excelling in growth-oriented integrated marketing strategies.
- Exhibit strong data analysis skills to uncover growth opportunities through data mining.
- Pay close attention to user feedback and effectively translate insights into product enhancements and growth initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing strategy.
- Strong understanding of the Web3 industry, including user behaviour and engagement strategies.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Quick learner, capable of rapidly adapting to and understanding current trends.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin for international collaboration.
