About the role
As Product Marketing Manager for Cast AI Moonshots, you’ll lead the go-to-market strategy for our emerging innovation initiatives. These include AI Enabler and Database Optimization, two new product lines designed to expand Cast AI’s impact beyond Kubernetes optimization.
These are brand-new products targeting new markets, new buyer personas, and new problems. You’ll be working from the ground up, partnering closely with product and engineering to define what success looks like and how we tell the story. This role is perfect for someone who’s excited to explore new territory and shape the messaging and strategy for products that are just getting started.
Requirements:- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and the container ecosystem
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure, data platforms, or developer workflows is a plus
- 5+ years in product marketing, technical product management, or solutions engineering
- Track record of working on or launching early-stage B2B infrastructure or developer-focused products
- Experience working in a SaaS company
- Comfortable working independently and building go-to-market foundations from scratch
- Passion for exploring new markets and helping new products find product-market fit
- Strong curiosity and a hands-on mindset, with the drive to test, learn, and iterate
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning chaos into clarity
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- English level: Fluent (both written and spoken)
- Define and evolve the messaging and positioning for Cast AI’s new product lines in AI enablement and database optimization.
- Lead early go-to-market efforts, including customer interviews, competitive research, and analyst briefings.
- Build the first generation of product marketing content, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, landing pages, and demo scripts.
- Collaborate with Product to shape the roadmap based on market feedback and customer discovery.
- Act as the internal champion for Moonshots, helping other teams understand the new personas and opportunities.
- Track early adoption and iterate on ICP, messaging, and strategy to prepare for broader launch.
