The Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our market-leading solutions are positioned, communicated, and adopted across industries. You’ll translate complex product capabilities into compelling value stories that resonate with customers, partners, and stakeholders, helping organizations meet evolving regulatory demands, manage risk more intelligently, and accelerate their journey toward sustainable growth.

Your Mission

In this position, your mission will be to build strong collaboration across diverse teams such as engineering, product management, design, and marketing operations. You will shape and streamline cross-functional processes that connect product development with customer engagement, ensuring consistent communication and execution throughout the product lifecycle.

By bringing clarity, coordination, and creativity into how new solutions are launched, you will transform product value into dynamic digital stories, delivered through web experiences, campaigns, content, and multimedia formats that bring osapiens’ vision to life in the market.

What You Will Do
  • Strategy and planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and updates to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Messaging and positioning: Create compelling messaging that highlights a product's value proposition for different audiences.
  • Market and competitive analysis: Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, identify customer needs, and stay aligned with market demand.
  • Sales enablement: Train sales teams on the product's benefits and provide them with the necessary materials to articulate the value to prospects.
  • Content creation: Oversee the creation of content like blogs, case studies, and presentations to educate and attract potential buyers.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a liaison between product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure everyone is aligned and ready for a launch.
  • Performance tracking: Define success metrics, analyze performance data, and iterate on strategies to maximize results.
  • Customer advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer internally by gathering and relaying customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.

What We Are Looking For
  • Proven track record in B2B product marketing, ideally within a SaaS or software provider environment.
  • Ability to operate effectively across a broad portfolio of products and manage multiple go-to-market initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to execution and storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level); German proficiency is a plus.
  • Passion for sustainability, technology, and enabling companies to grow responsibly through innovation.
