Your responsibilities will include:
- Own the entire webspace for product communication (website, landing pages, webinars etc.): structure, messaging, updates, and consistency of all product-related website content.
- Craft external product narratives that make complex technology clear, compelling, and relevant to our audiences.
- Produce hands-on content: product landing pages, feature announcements, one-pagers, launch decks, customer-facing product materials, and press kits.
- Drive product launches end-to-end: from messaging frameworks and positioning to launch assets that scale across regions.
- Collaborate closely with our internal product enablement and tech team, your marketing colleagues, and development teams to deeply understand the roadmap and translate technical depth into customer-facing value.
- Partner with leadership to ensure product messaging is aligned with vivenu’s strategic positioning.
- Work side-by-side with content marketing and design to ensure narratives come to life across all formats (digital, print, PR, social).
- Contribute to thought leadership by creating product-focused articles, blogs, and explainer content that highlight our innovation and category leadership.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor narratives to refine positioning and maintain differentiation.
- Support regional and geo-specific adaptations of product content while ensuring a globally consistent voice.
What you will need to succeed in this role:
- Strong experience in product marketing in SaaS, enterprise technology and/or live entertainment, ideally with exposure to flexible, API-first solutions with a great feature variety.
- Proven ability to own and manage product web content end-to-end: from structure to messaging to ongoing optimization.
- Ability to explain complex, technical product features in simple, clear, and inspiring ways for diverse audiences (C-level, buyers, end users).
- Track record of creating product assets such as landing pages, decks, one-pagers, case studies, blogs, webinars and thought leadership.
- Comfort working closely with technical stakeholders (CTO, product managers, engineers) to capture nuance and turn it into customer-ready messaging.
- A hybrid mindset: strategic in framing narratives, tactical in execution.
- Strong collaboration skills with content marketing, design, and leadership.
- Familiarity with SEO/GEO and digital distribution of product content.
- Comfort using AI-assisted writing and productivity tools to scale output, while ensuring final messaging remains authentic and human.
- Curiosity and passion for live entertainment, and the technology that enables it.
- Strong hands-on writing and content creation skills are a plus. You don’t just shape strategy, you can also produce the actual content.
