Senior Product Marketing Manager - Customer Growth

In 2018, Bitvavo launched the first version of its digital assets trading platform, to bridge the gap between traditional currencies and digital assets. We are hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own growth and go to market strategy for our retail product, growing usage through cross-sell, upsell and adoption of new features. This is about the platform's first impression, from the moment someone hears about Bitvavo to the moment they place their first trade. You understand the consumer lifecycle end to end, and excel at acquisition campaigns that grow market share.

This role calls for someone who has spent real product marketing time in trading, fintech or crypto. You stay obsessed with the user and what someone actually does in the moment before they hit confirm.

• Define & Lead new market entry strategy and aggressive growth strategies in our existing markets. Prioritising by customer and business impact and setting the scope and channels to most effectively reach your goals

• Experiment with new creative tactics to drive acquisition, onboarding, activation or top-of-funnel conversion by partnering with CRM, Product, Marketing, Partner Management and Brand on growth and win back campaigns

• Plan, build and ship multi channel campaigns end to end, staying hands on through every stage of production

• Track the competitive landscape for new customers: neobanks entering crypto and competitors' onboarding flows, and shape our positioning for people opening their first account

• Connect Product and Marketing on everything acquisition-related. Brief creatives, and align Legal, CRM, Brand, Performance, Affiliates and Social around one consistent first-touch story

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, acquisition-focused product marketing or product management within trading, investing or consumer fintech, with a track record of moving prospects into activated, retained customers in a regulated product.

• A real self starter. You find the next acquisition channel or activation lever before anyone briefs you on it."

• Analytical, defining success metrics and using data and experiments to shape acquisition campaign and product decisions

• Strong communication and stakeholder management, able to align a cross functional team around one story

• Understanding of marketing channels, effectiveness and best place to reach new customers in a given market.

• Experience in a regulated, multi market financial services environment

• Genuine interest in crypto, with a view on where the space is headed relative to traditional finance

• Strong insight into unmet customer needs in trading, staking and other digital asset products

• Experience running structured A/B tests to validate campaign and product decisions before scaling

• Experience with marketing, CRM and content management systems such as Contentful, Hygraph, Braze, Amplitude or ABSmartly
