As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (Competitive and Market Intelligence) at Sana Commerce, you will deliver ongoing competitive intelligence and market insights, and develop knowledge sessions, feature comparison sheets, and battlecards to strengthen our team's culture of knowledge and agility. Your mission will be to empower our organization by turning information into actionable insights, making data easily accessible for all stakeholders. In this role, you will be a part of the Product Marketing team and report to the Director of Product Marketing.

Job Description

What you'll be doing: 

  • Driving actionable market, analyst, and competitor insights from multiple data sources to support strategic decision-making, guiding product development, positioning, ICP, and pricing;
  • Empowering the business by offering them 'fact-based knowledge' through market intelligence tooling, reporting and analyses;
  • Be responsible for company-wide competitive intelligence initiatives, including battle cards, feature/function comparison sheets, competitive briefs, and training material;
  • Proactively enhancing visibility and utilization of market and competitive insights to increase internal engagement. 

Qualifications

What you'll bring: 

  • A Bachelor's degree;
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a competitive marketing intelligence role or similar;
  • Previous experience working in a B2B software industry or complex product;
  • Strong communication skills: you are able to communicate in a clear and understandable way and capable of communicating with international colleagues across departments and the globe;
  • Analytical mindset: you are able to conduct a thorough market and competitor analysis and translate those insights into actionable strategies for the organisation.
