As a Senior Product Marketing Associate, you will contribute directly to product launches, sales enablement, and customer-facing initiatives in the Trauma & Extremities portfolio. This role offers hands‑on exposure to cross‑functional marketing execution within an international MedTech environment.
What you will do
Execute localized marketing initiatives aligned with brand and product strategy, continuously improving campaign and content delivery
Own the coordination of marketing events, customer meetings, and congresses, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end execution
Lead internal and external communication projects, delivering high‑quality outputs with limited supervision
Serve as the primary point of contact for sales support materials, managing and localizing marketing collateral
Ensure timely distribution and availability of updated content across platforms and sales teams
Support marketing operations through budget tracking, purchase order processing, and promotional inventory management
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, medical education, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and execution
Maintain strong product and market knowledge, leveraging customer feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement
What you will need
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a scientific field
From 2 to 4 years maximum of experience in marketing, product support, or a commercial role
Fluency in English (written and spoken) and french
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign
