Position Overview

This is a Product Management role reporting to the Group Product Manager of Data Product Management in the Enterprise Systems & Experience (ESE) which is Autodesk's Information Technology (IT) organization.

The Data Products & Insights product domain's mission is to enable and empower key Autodesk functions such as Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Sales, People & People experience through actionable insights, automation, self-service, and scalable data capabilities.

Autodesk is seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development and management of Global Sales Assignments and Sales Compensation Data & Insights. This critical role focuses on creating and delivering data products that ensure accurate, trusted commission data for compensating our sales teams, along with robust analytics to enhance sales performance.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep data background and proven expertise in building scalable data products. They will play a pivotal role in supporting Autodesk’s vision to establish the Enterprise Data Hub (EDH)—a Single Source of Truth (SSoT) for enterprise data across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Set Vision & Strategy: Define the vision and strategy for GTM Data & Insights to advance Autodesk's goals and objectives.

  • Deliver Impact: Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver roadmap commitments, ensuring measurable impact.

  • Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain rolling 12-month roadmaps for your product group, aligned with company objectives and focused on high-impact priorities.

  • Product Requirements & Metrics: Author comprehensive PRDs and define success metrics to guide product development.

  • OKRs & Measurement: Establish clear OKRs, including methodology, baselines, and quarterly targets, supported by a high-confidence roadmap to achieve measurable business outcomes.

  • Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks proactively, manage stakeholder relationships, and guide teams through uncertainty toward the defined vision.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strategic partnerships through regular interlocks, 1:1s, and best practices in stakeholder management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product management.

  • Proven success in defining and executing strategy, vision, and implementation of sales data products and insights.

  • 8+ years of experience managing enterprise data platforms or data & insights roadmaps, particularly supporting sales operations in a B2B environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate persuasively to diverse audiences.

  • Strong planning, facilitation, dependency management, and risk analysis capabilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent

  • Experience working with geographically diverse teams and remote employees a plus.

  • Technical fluency; understanding and discussing architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs, and new opportunities with technical team members.

  • You take risks and can make quick decisions.

  • You can take vague requirements, clarify, and drive them to execution.
