We are seeking a passionate and experienced product manager with a track record for driving new product capabilities from initial concept to successful delivery and market leadership. The Senior Manager, Product Management for the Bots team at AI Cloud, will have a mix of both product strategy and the ability to execute fast, keeping customers at the core of all our products. This is a heavily cross-functional role that will require close collaboration and tight alignment with different teams and functions across the organization. Relying on a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, an outstanding ability to lead and work cross-functionally, and knowledge of our product portfolio, the PM will bring our vision to market and help our customers derive greater value in building next generation Conversational AI. Our cloud leaders at Salesforce are natural evangelists and strong influencers, able to effectively connect with both internal and external executive leadership and cultivate broad C-Level relationships.
 

As a Senior Manager of Product Management in our Salesforce AI Organization, you will be instrumental in shaping our product vision and driving its success in the market. You will be responsible for Einstein Bots primarily focused on our Service Cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define and implement the product strategy for Einstein Bots to align with the company's overall vision and goals. Support Einstein Bots in its transition to LLMs powered platform

  • Building and maintaining the Einstein Bots Conversation AI product serving Enterprise customers

  • Drive Innovation, Customer Success & Trust for Einstein Bots

  • Support existing Customers slowly transition Einstein Bots to use the power of LLM’s

  • Customer facing outbound product management, escalation management

  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define and both the product & trust road map for Einstein Bots, prioritizing Service Cloud as a first class citizen. Deliver high-quality products within the organization that will benefit all clouds: Commerce, Industries, Sales cloud.


Essential Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience and 6+ years in Product Management

  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Chatbots, Conversational AI landscape, Artificial Intelligence in its myriads flavors.

  • Highly Technical and well versed in building SaaS services

  • Exposure to outbound product management, escalation management

  • Consistent track record of successfully launching and leading a product or a service

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate optimally with various stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Service Cloud, Salesforce Einstein including Einstein Bots (as a bonus).

  • Familiarity with Autonomous AI Agents trends and its impact in business, enterprise-tech and society.
