We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, LLMs, and AI agents, with hands-on experience in delivering production-ready projects in this domain. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development of enterprise applications, particularly in the legal domain, and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle. About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

Product Strategy & Vision:

  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven enterprise applications, with a focus on the legal domain.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market needs, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation.

AI, LLM & AI Agents Expertise:

  • Leverage your strong understanding of AI, LLM, and AI agents to guide the development of intelligent, production-ready solutions that expand CoCounsel offerings, our flagship AI solution for the legal industry.

  • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and designers to ensure the successful implementation of AI features.

Transactional solutions:

  • Lead the development of exceptional transactional applications that are built to meet the needs of large law firms in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ensure that products meet the highest standards of security, usability, reliability, and quality.

Workflow Applications:

  • Utilize your knowledge of workflow applications to design and optimize processes that enhance user productivity and efficiency.

  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows using AI and other technologies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.

  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters, both internally and externally.

  • Communicate product updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

About You

To be considered for the role of Senior Product Manager, you will have:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI-driven applications and enterprise software.

  • Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI projects.

  • Experience in the legal domain or with legal applications is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and AI agents.

  • Good knowledge of workflow applications and process automation.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., ADO (Azure DevOps Server), Office 365 apps).

  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $119,700 USD - $222,300 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
