What you’ll own
Define and drive product strategy for small to moderately complex product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
Own and communicate product roadmaps, prioritizing backlog and leading continuous enhancements based on market research and stakeholder input.
Lead go-to-market execution, with a focus on onboarding strategy, client enablement, and successful product adoption.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, sales, marketing, IT, legal, and delivery teams to define product goals, requirements, and positioning.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis, translating insights into business cases, product improvements, and growth opportunities.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
6+ years of relevant experience in product management, product services, or customer-facing market roles.
Experience managing product lifecycles, roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives in a complex business environment.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed product decisions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
It’s a bonus if you have
Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with an understanding of related payment workflows and customer needs.
Experience in a software development or IT environment, or a professional services background.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks.
