We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join KRUSH Labs team in Eindhoven. This role will play a key part in shaping the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the company advanced communications products across hardware, software, and integrated systems. 

The Senior Product Manager will work closely with engineering, marketing, and operations to translate customer needs and market insights into successful products. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on product ownership, making it ideal for a product leader who enjoys engaging with customers, driving product development, and helping bring complex technologies to market.  

This role is well suited for someone with strong technical curiosity, a market-driven mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, mission-focused environment. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for one or more product lines within the KRUSH Labs portfolio. 
  • Contribute to the long-term product strategy and help identify opportunities for growth within defense and adjacent markets. 
  • Contribute to portfolio decisions through market insight, competitive analysis, and business case development. 
  • Engage regularly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand user needs and operational challenges. 
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and strategic investment decisions. 
  • Translate customer needs and market opportunities into clear product requirements and roadmaps. 
  • Help embed a strong customer- and market-oriented mindset within product development efforts. 
  • Help define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope and prioritize feature development. 
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration through the product development lifecycle, from concept through launch and ongoing releases. 
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and development plans. 
  • Support pricing, positioning, and go-to-market planning. 
  • Participate in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to ensure successful product launches. 
  • Work with Operations to support product lifecycle planning, demand forecasting, and product transitions. 
  • Track product performance metrics including adoption, revenue, and customer feedback. 
  • Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve product performance, usability, and market fit. 

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Hardware Engineering, or related technical field. 
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management or related product leadership roles specifically within Dutch eco system.
  • Track record working in automotive, or defense, or aerospace, or robotics, or other advanced technology sector. 
  • Solid knowledge of SDR, RF and Telecommunications technologies. 
  • Experience managing complex technology products involving hardware, software, or integrated systems. 
  • Proven experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to support product positioning and strategic business cases. 
  • Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept and development through launch and ongoing releases. 
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical tradeoffs. 
  • Experience defining product roadmaps, MVP scope, and feature prioritization. 

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Hardware Engineering, or related technical field
  • 7+ years of Product Management or related product leadership experience within the Dutch ecosystem
  • Track record in automotive, defense, aerospace, robotics, or other advanced technology sectors
  • Solid knowledge of SDR, RF, and Telecommunications technologies
  • Experience managing complex technology products involving hardware, software, or integrated systems
  • Proven experience conducting market research and competitive analysis for product positioning and business cases
  • Understanding of product lifecycle management from concept through launch and ongoing releases
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical tradeoffs
  • Experience defining product roadmaps, MVP scope, and prioritizing features
